At YELLOBAG, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide high-quality products and a hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Missing item in the package

To be eligible for return:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy

To claim any return, refund, damage issue, or missing item request, customers must provide a proper unboxing video.

Video Requirements:

  • Recording must begin before opening the parcel

  • Shipping label should be clearly visible

  • Entire unboxing process must be recorded continuously

  • No cuts, edits, or pauses in the video

  • Damage/wrong item issue must be clearly shown

Important:

Without a valid unboxing video, returns and refunds will not be accepted.

This policy is implemented to prevent misuse and ensure fair verification of claims.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Innerwear

  • Accessories

  • Beauty products

  • Customized products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Used or washed products

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within the standard processing timeline.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

YELLOBAG reserves the right to reject refund requests if the returned product does not meet eligibility conditions.

5. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share:

    • Order details

    • Reason for return

    • Clear unboxing video proof

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
