To claim any return, refund, damage issue, or missing item request, customers must provide a proper unboxing video.
Video Requirements:

Recording must begin before opening the parcel

Shipping label should be clearly visible

Entire unboxing process must be recorded continuously

No cuts, edits, or pauses in the video

Damage/wrong item issue must be clearly shown
Important:
Without a valid unboxing video, returns and refunds will not be accepted.
This policy is implemented to prevent misuse and ensure fair verification of claims.
3. Non-Returnable Items
